Sake Institute of America Membership

Sake Institute Membership Program is open to the general public and customers from Japon Bistro. In order to become an SIA Member you will need to register for a 1 Day Sake Pairing Course at Japon Bistro. SIA Membership is $800 that includes a Sake Pairing Event with a 7 course meal.

Introduction to Sake Course: Sake Pairing Class 1.5 hours

1. Discussion on how Sake is made.
2. Discussion of Junmai, Junmai Ginjo, Dai Ginjo, Aged Sake (Dessert Sake), Nigori Sake, and Sparkling Sake
3. History of Sake
4. This includes tasting of all sakes to discuss within the course
5. A 7 Course Meal is paired with Sake
6. This includes tasting of all sakes to discuss within the course
7. Discussion of Sake Accessories
8. Membership card is included
